Loopers previously relied on third-party ride-hailing platforms, where all fleet operations and drivers functioned under an external system. This dependency required paying significant commission per ride, limiting profit margins, reducing operational control, and restricting access to customer data and brand ownership.
SOLUTIONS
We developed a fully independent, end-to-end ride-hailing ecosystem tailored to Loopers’ operational needs. With a dedicated customer app, driver app, and backend management system, Loopers now operates under its own brand, retains full revenue, controls driver and fleet operations, and manages customer relationships directly.

We delivered a complete end-to-end digital solution for Loopers, covering product strategy, design, and development to support scalable ride-hailing operations.
Our Decision
The simpler solution would have been to build Loopers on an existing ride-hailing white-label platform. We advised against it — not because we wanted to build more, but because Loopers should not be a long-term tenant in someone else's system. Full data control, full revenue, own brand. That decision costs more at the start. It pays back on every booked ride. We chose Flutter for iOS and Android because a single codebase enables faster iterations — and for a product evolving as quickly as Loopers, that is not a nice-to-have.
