Creative professionals and everyday users needed access to powerful AI-driven image and video tools, but existing solutions were either too complex, scattered across multiple platforms, or too expensive to justify. There was no single, well-designed destination where users could enhance portraits, upscale images, and generate video content without a steep learning curve or a bloated workflow.
We designed and developed FixMyFoto as a unified AI-powered creative platform, bringing portrait enhancement, video generation, and image upscaling together under one clean, intuitive interface. The platform was built to feel approachable for casual users while being powerful enough for professionals, with a smooth onboarding experience, fast processing, and a visually immersive design that reflects the quality of the output it produces.
We delivered a complete end-to-end digital solution for Loopers, covering product strategy, design, and development to support scalable ride-hailing operations.
FixMyFoto could have been three separate tools — one each for portrait retouching, video generation and image upscaling. We decided against that early on. Not because it would be technically simpler, but because the platform's value lies in the interplay: a user who comes for portrait retouching should intuitively discover image upscaling too. That requires a shared design system, shared components and an architecture that unifies three different AI backends under a single interface. The shared component library is not a technical detail — it is the decision that makes FixMyFoto scalable.

We mapped user flows for each tool, built a consistent component library, and designed a dark-themed interface in Figma that puts the user's creative output front and center. Every screen was intentional before a single line of code was written.



A bold, immersive hero section draws users in immediately, followed by clear tool showcases and strong calls to action. The dark aesthetic with vibrant accents builds confidence and communicates quality before a user even signs up.



The dashboard brings all tools together in a clean, friction-free interface. Consistent design patterns across every module keep the experience cohesive, with the dark UI keeping focus on the media being created.

Users can transform images or prompts into short AI-generated video clips. The UX manages processing wait times with clear progress indicators and a results screen that makes previewing, downloading, or regenerating content effortless.
A minimal, fast upload-process-download flow that requires no technical knowledge. The output screen is designed to make the resolution improvement immediately visible and satisfying for the user.












Built on React JS, TypeScript, Node JS, and Express, with each AI tool module running independently to protect overall platform performance. Media is handled through AWS S3 and the application is hosted on EC2, structured for stability and future growth

There are many AI tools for creative tasks. Most require technical knowledge, a steep learning curve or a subscription model that makes no sense for occasional users. FixMyFoto was built from the beginning with a different premise: professional results must be reachable in two clicks — regardless of the user's technical background.
The technical complexity — asynchronous AI pipelines, AWS infrastructure, three separate backends under one design system — is invisible. That is intentional. Someone using FixMyFoto does not think about Node.js or S3 buckets. They think about the fact that their image looks better in 30 seconds.
