Juliette Boulangerie’s existing WordPress website lacked a cohesive premium brand presence and a seamless ecommerce experience. Managing products, online orders, and content updates was inefficient, making it difficult for the business to scale its digital operations.
SOLUTIONS
We redesigned the entire Juliette Boulangerie website in Figma and redeveloped it on Shopify to create a modern, scalable ecommerce platform. The new structure improves product discovery, simplifies ordering, and gives Juliette Boulangerie a flexible system to support future growth.

Juliette Boulangerie & Pâtisserie brings the authentic taste of French baking to Zurich and its surrounding region. Founded with a passion for traditional techniques and high-quality ingredients, Juliette has become a local destination for freshly baked bread, classic pastries, and handcrafted desserts. Across multiple locations in Zurich, Erlenbach, and Thalwil, Juliette combines artisanal craftsmanship with a welcoming café experience, offering both in-store enjoyment and convenient online ordering.
The bakery is built on a commitment to genuine French bakery culture, using premium flour sourced from renowned French mills and preparing goods with precision and care. Juliette also supports tailored services such as event catering, custom birthday and wedding cakes, and delivery options that enhance customer convenience.

For Juliette, we developed a complete digital presence and operational support system that reflects the brand’s artisanal roots while enhancing customer access and service efficiency.
Our Decision
Juliette could have stayed on WordPress — and many agencies would have left it there. We consciously chose Shopify because the goal was more than a new website: Juliette needed a scalable commerce system capable of handling multiple locations, custom orders and seasonal campaigns — without relying on a developer for every change. Shopify gives the team full control. We added the custom Node.js app to handle specific ordering logic that Shopify doesn't cover natively.
