The Race Media had a strong service offering but their digital presence didn't reflect it. The existing website lacked visual consistency, suffered from poor user experience across devices, and failed to communicate the brand's energy and authority in the Swiss social media market. Visitors struggled to understand the agency's value proposition at a glance, leading to missed conversions and weak first impressions.
We approached this as a full digital transformation, starting from brand identity and moving through UX strategy, UI design, and development. The new website gives The Race Media a clean, modern presence that clearly communicates their services, builds trust with prospective clients, and guides users naturally toward a consultation.

The Race Media was founded in 2025. That means: no legacy systems, no old content — but also no established market trust yet. The challenge was not technical, it was positioning. We could have switched to a more modern stack — Next.js, a headless CMS, new infrastructure. We consciously chose not to. The existing WordPress and PHP/MySQL stack works reliably, the team knows it, and a technology switch would have taken months that The Race Media didn't have. Instead: maximum impact through design and structure — within the existing environment, in 15 days.

Every screen across The Race Media's website was designed in Figma following a structured UX process, from user flow mapping and wireframing to high-fidelity UI.
The desktop layout feels structured and confident, with a strong hero, logical service flow, and clear calls to action throughout. Clean typography and quality project imagery give the site a professional tone that matches The Race Media's service standards.

A scalable video portfolio grid showcasing real client results. Each entry is managed via WordPress CMS, making it easy for the team to add new work without touching code.
A structured page presenting the agency's positioning, values, and differentiators, designed to build trust and communicate the brand's confident, client-focused identity.
A clean, scannable layout presenting open roles with expandable listings, reflecting the agency's bold culture and allowing the team to manage postings independently via WordPress.
A minimal, distraction-free contact form built with PHP and MySQL, designed to reduce drop-off and turn visitor intent into direct client enquiries.

Every section was built to adapt naturally to smaller screens. Navigation, content layout, and CTAs all respond cleanly to mobile, giving users the same quality experience regardless of device.







We built the site using custom WordPress theme development with hand-written PHP, HTML, and CSS to implement the Figma designs precisely. JavaScript was used selectively to keep the site fast and focused.
