OVERVIEW

The Race Media is a Swiss full-service social media agency founded in 2025, specializing in content creation, video production, performance marketing, and social media management for SMEs across Switzerland. Despite offering a compelling range of services, their WordPress-based website lacked the visual polish and structural clarity needed to convert visitors into clients. Our agency was brought in to revamp the UI/UX, crafting a new design language through refined color palettes, purposeful typography, and an intuitive layout system, all implemented within the existing WordPress and custom PHP/JS/MySQL environment.

OUR DECISION

The Race Media was founded in 2025. That means: no legacy systems, no old content — but also no established market trust yet. The challenge was not technical, it was positioning. We could have switched to a more modern stack — Next.js, a headless CMS, new infrastructure. We consciously chose not to. The existing WordPress and PHP/MySQL stack works reliably, the team knows it, and a technology switch would have taken months that The Race Media didn't have. Instead: maximum impact through design and structure — within the existing environment, in 15 days.
