Veterinary clinics were struggling to manage daily operations across disconnected tools, handling appointments, patient records, invoicing, and team communication through separate systems. This led to data silos, miscommunication between staff roles, and poor client follow-up, ultimately impacting both care quality and clinic revenue.
We designed and built Zoa as a unified, cloud-based ecosystem that centralizes every aspect of clinic management, from patient health records and treatment plans to invoicing, inventory, and telemedicine, into a single platform accessible from any device.
ZOA is a cloud-based veterinary practice management platform designed to bring modern operational efficiency to veterinary clinics of all sizes. The platform centralizes clinic administration, patient care monitoring, inventory oversight, billing, telemedicine, team communication, and reporting into a single system.
By combining clinical workflows, automated reminders, and real-time reports, ZOA enables veterinary professionals to focus less on paperwork and more on patient outcomes and customer satisfaction.
For ZOA, we delivered a full end-to-end digital transformation solution that aligns the platform’s operational features with strategic user journeys and performance objectives.
ZOA is not a website. It is an operating system for a veterinary practice. That means: multiple user types with different permissions, real-time synchronisation between panels, a mobile app that must retain core functions even offline, and infrastructure that must be both GDPR-compliant and fast. We chose Laravel as the API backbone because it enables structured, testable business logic — and because the RESTful architecture allows new panels or integrations to be added without destabilising the existing platform. Jenkins CI/CD was not a luxury, it was a necessity: a medical platform cannot have unplanned downtime.

Every screen across Zoa's ecosystem was designed in Figma following a structured UX process, from user flow mapping and wireframing to high-fidelity UI.




Designed with performance and responsiveness in mind, it highlights core features, pricing tiers, and CTAs, all built using Tailwind CSS for pixel-perfect execution.



Built with Flutter for both iOS and Android, the Zoa mobile app gives veterinary professionals full clinic access from their pocket.







The web-based admin panel provides clinic owners and managers with a comprehensive control center, overseeing user roles, system configurations, subscription management, analytics, and operational reporting.

A centralized scheduling module that allows staff to view, manage, and track all upcoming and past patient appointments with real-time status updates.
An intelligent assistant module that helps clinic staff automate routine tasks, surface reminders, and respond to common client queries.

ZOA is the answer to that question: a platform that simplifies clinical complexity without trivialising it. From the telemedicine module to the HRMS to the role-based admin panel — every feature is there because a real practice needs it, not because it sounds technically impressive.
